Here at Perfume Palace we have a passion for perfumes and fragrances and that extends to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered and in exactly the condition you expected it.
When will you despatch my order? We aim that all orders are collated and despatched within 24-48 hours of us receiving the order and payment from you. Any orders that are received outside working hours are treated as orders received on the next working day.
How do we ship goods to our Customers? We utilise the Royal Mail "Recorded Signed For" Delivery Service. We utilise this service for a number of reasons. Firstly, the service offers a 3/4 day delivery service. It is electronically tracked so we can always keep aware of the status of your delivery. And finally, all deliveries sent this way are insured, which gives everybody the comfort that goods will be despatched and most importantly received in good order.
How long will it take for me to receive my order? We would expect you to receive your order within 5-7 working days of you placing your order. You will be kept updated of the progress of your order through our e-mail notification system.
How much do I have to pay for delivery? The cost for delivery of your order is as follows: Orders up to £100 - £2.50 Orders over £100 - FREE We at Perfume Palace believe this is a prudent sum to spend to ensure your order is received exactly as you wish it to be.
Do I have to sign for my order? The service we utilise does require a signature for all deliveries.
Can I have my order delivered to my place of work? Your order can be delivered to any address you wish. There is the capability in our order system for you to specify where you would like your order delivered.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service? We offer a full gift wrapping service which you can select when you process your order. The charge is £1-50 per item. Please note however that if you order more than one fragrance and wish to utilise our gift wrapping service then you have to have each item in your order gift wrapped. If you do not require all of your order to be gift wrapped please place a seperate order for those items you wish not to be gift wrapped.
How do I cancel my Order? Any order may be cancelled before it has been despatched and we will give you a full refund. If your order has been despatched, you will need to return the items to us.
How do I return my order? If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered or they are not what you expected, we offer a 7 day no quibble returns policy. If you are not happy for any reason, you may return it in its original condition and we will refund you the full price of your goods less any postage costs. If you wish to take up this option please contact us via the "Contact Us" e-mail service and we will describe exactly how you need to return the goods to us to receive the refund.
What if you sent me the wrong goods? If we inadvertently sent you the incorrect goods, then we will arrange to have the incorrect items collected and the correct items despatched as quickly as possible. Once again, please contact us through the "Contact Us" e-mail so we can go through the process to get your order rectified as quickly as possible.
